Promoting Energy Cost Optimisation Through Partnership

WHY THIS PARTNERSHIP EXISTS

Energy bills are more complicated than ever. Beyond wholesale energy process, businesses face a growing layer of non-commodity charges, including renewable levies, network charges, capacity market costs and carbon-related taxes.

Many organisations focus solely on securing a competitive unit rate. However, significant savings are often hidden within compensation and exemption schemes that are overlooked, misunderstood or assumed to be out of reach.

Envantage has secured, managed and protected over £23 million in compensation and exemptions in the last year alone.

Who can benefit from this partnership?
Energy-intensive Manufacturing Sectors

Energy-intensive manufacturers operating in sectors such as metals, chemicals, glass, ceramics, food processing, plastics, rubber, paper, packaging, paper, engineering, electronics, mining, quarrying, construction materials, textiles, leather, and other qualifying industries.

UK Exemption & Compensation Eligible Manufacturers UK-based manufacturers that may qualify for Climate Change Agreements (CCA), Energy Intensive Industries (EII), Network Charge Compensation (NCC), UK ETS/CPS compensation, or Mineralogical & Metallurgical (Min-Met) exemptions.
High Electricity Users Reducing Non-Commodity Costs

Organisations with high electricity consumption seeking to reduce non-commodity charges such as renewable levies, network costs and capacity market charges.

Previously Assessed as Ineligible

Businesses that have previously been told they are not eligible for exemptions or compensation schemes but have not had a recent eligibility review.

CCA Participants & Future Applicants

Wholesale Market Risk-Exposed Organisations

Organisations exposed to wholesale market volatility and looking for more strategic, flexible energy procurement solutions.

Cost, Carbon & Compliance-Focused Businesses

Mismanagement can lead to penalties or loss of compensation.

Envantage manages the full application and compliance lifecycle, while Tunley ensures alignment with broader ESG, regulatory and carbon reporting obligations, including UK ETS, sustainability disclosures and net zero strategy.
