Conventional Approach: Using paper to publish and update KPIs.
SMS Technology: Using a tailored application on mobile devices to help leaders to keep track of the KPIs and manage workload at the factory. By using the application, electricity usage is the only emission source.
By switching to the service that SMS Technology offer, a carbon saving of 52% is achievable. This carries the assumption of electricity being supplied via standard tariffs.
